The preferred method of payment is EFTPOS (savings or cheque). Visa and Mastercard card payments cost us about 1% in merchant fees and these payments may attract a 0.5% surcharge. If you have registered your bank details with Medicare, your Medicare claim will be electronically submitted and the Medicare rebate will be directly transferred from Medicare to your bank account within 1 business day.

Non Attendance Fee
If you do not attend an appointment and do not contact us to cancel, you may be charged a fee of $50.00. The preferred way to cancel is to reply to the booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you may email to reception@earclean.com.au
